Taking point on all recruitment efforts in an assigned territory, your mission will be to strategize best recruitment plan to hire committed and loyal team members to grow the company. You'll invest the majority of your time in three key areas:

You will work primarily in our Chicago office, near the South Loop and convenient to transportation. You may also work in our Schaumburg office once or twice a week, as necessary.
