    The Role

    Taking point on all recruitment efforts in an assigned territory, your mission will be to strategize best recruitment plan to hire committed and loyal team members to grow the company. You'll invest the majority of your time in three key areas:


    • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
    • Screen and interview qualified candidates
    • On-boarding new hires

     More specifically, you will be responsible for:

    • Researching and identifying appropriate job fair events to attend
    • Strategize field recruitment for optimal results
    • Adding contacts to the ATS database
    • Maintaining workflow on each candidate; follow up accordingly
    • Reaching out to candidates to match to job openings
    • Creating and managing job advertisements
    • Creating and managing best recruitment process by position (s)
    • Coordinate appropriate employment testing
    • On-boarding and orientation
    • Ensure compliance for new hire
    • Help build company culture
    • Maintain employee records

    The Requirements

    To be a good fit for the Recruiter opportunity, you will have:

    • A high school diploma; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience
    • Interviewing techniques
    • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish 
    • Self-motivation and initiative
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
    • Service industry experience is a plus
    • Solid computer skills including MS Office applications and ATS software experience 
    • Self-motivation combined with a passion for achieving goals and the drive to do what it takes to accomplish deadlines
    • Excellent relationship building and communication skills; the ability to quickly build rapport
    • Professionalism; a strong work ethic; excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
    • Ability to regularly meet and exceed targets and goals
    • Strategic planning skills and tactical execution ability
    • A valid driver's license and solid driving record

    You will work primarily in our Chicago office, near the South Loop and convenient to transportation. You may also work in our Schaumburg office once or twice a week, as necessary.
