Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead – Janitorial to supervise cleaning operations at two locations. This role requires leading a small team while actively participating in daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside janitorial staff across two locations.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure completion to quality standards.
- Train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, inventory, and supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in janitorial or facilities work, preferably with supervisory duties.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff across multiple locations.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
